HP Pavilion dv3 is the larger version of the 12-inch dv2 HP Pavilion entertainment PC, sporting a 13.3-inch widescreen with the BrightView LED backlight technology, which not only produces clearer views but also increases battery life significantly.
Besides the common features encountered at both the dv2 and dv3 models, such as the HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection for data loss prevention and the HP MediaSmart software for access to entertainment features, the new HP Pavilion dv3 notebook brings the Windows Vista Home Premium with Service Pack 1, up to 8GB DDR2 system memory, the ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics card, up to 400GB hard drive, optional 80GB Solid State Drive, built-in web camera, fingerprint reader module, optional Wireless N support, DVD burner, and a 6-cell Li-Ion battery.
The 5-in-1 card reader allows you to transfer files to the computer from various mobile devices, while the built-in Altec Lansing speakers enable stereo sound quality.
The new HP Pavilion entertainment PC is available at an affordable starting price of $799.99.
