Its been a while since we heard some news about TechCrunch's secret project the CrunchPad.
The little Internet device was dreamt up by Micheal Arrington and would supposedly cost $200 and of course be primarily for Internet use.
The first mock-ups of the device were not that appealing (in our eyes at least) but after seeing these latest shots we think they actually might have something here. The device, might cost $299 according to Michael as the original $200 price tag is not looking realistic right now.
But even with that he's not sure if they should send this into production. The device runs Ubantu as well as a custom web-kit mobile browser.
