Samsung NC10-11PBK Special Edition Netbook Available

Samsung’s NC10-11PBK Special Edition 10.2-inch netbook is now available in the US.
The NC10-11PBK, offered by Amazon, has a battery life of “up to 9.4 hours”. That’s an increase from 8 hours in the standard NC10 models. Furthermore, the Special Edition is black, whereas the standard NC10 has either white or blue chassis. The product page on Amazon.com also says that the NC10-11PBK’s touch pad is larger than on other NC10 models.
The core components remained the same and include the 1024 x 600 display, Intel’s Atom N270 processor at 1.6GHz, 1GB of DDR2 RAM, and a 160GB hard drive with Windows XP Home preloaded.
About a week ago, when we talked about the Samsung NC20, one of my problems was that this netbook only comes in white. Fortunately, its smaller brother, the Samsung NC10, just became available as I like them all - black as the moonless night!
Currently available on Amazon for $469, the black Samsung NC10 already got 2 customer reviews, both users giving it 5 stars out of 5. Unfortunately, the item can only be shipped within the US for now, but let's hope they'll also make it available in Europe and other areas.
