Seems like everyone is catching on that graphics are essential to performance, even if its a stupid MID. That said, Intel is saying that they will be releasing an SMID (single instruction multiple data) module that promises to boost the performance of MID graphic wise as well as power wise.
We're not haring a release date or anything else from Intel. But they are saying it will be available within time for their "future Intel products."

Basically the SMID works by executing multiple computing instructions at once while allowing onscreen graphics to be "done faster."
