An intelligent gadget that you may think of using to protect your laptop computer is known as the Laptop Defender and is available online at Edmund Scientific’s store.
For $29.95 you can get a device that attaches on your laptop easily, replacing the annoying locks and chains. It connects to the laptop wirelessly and in order to make it work you have to set an access code and it will generate a force field around the system so that if it detects someone touching it the motion sensor will start the 100 dB alarm.
The Laptop Defender doesn’t use batteries as it was designed to power directly from your computer’s USB port when it has to be recharged.
