Yet another business laptop introduced by Asus comes to new strong features in a stylish and durable design. The B80A has a 14.1-inch widescreen display and runs with the Intel Centrino 2 Processor Technology with smart power consumption and high-speed wireless connectivity support, while providing a high-speed 7,200 rpm S-ATA HDD. In addition, it features built-in fingerprint reader to give access to the stored data only to the right user, and the Trusted Platform Module hardware-based encryption.


Its spill-resistant keyboard supports up to 50cc of liquid, while the LED backlight ensures great visibility during low light conditions, especially when you need to continue your work during nights, without disturbing the others around.


The HDMI connectivity is not missing either, making the Asus B80A a useful entertainment provider for larger displays such as TV panels with multi-channel audio systems.


Specifications of the new laptop computer include up to 4GB of system memory, up to 320GB hard drive storage capacity, DVD burner, a built-in 1.3MP web camera for video conferences, and Bluetooth 2.1 with Enhanced Data Rate, all weighting just 2.46Kg with the 6-cell battery.


This is all we know about the notebook at the moment, but we’re anxious to find out the price and availability date from the Asus’ future press releases.
