Fujitsu LifeBook T5010 - First Intel Montevina-Based Tablet PC

Fujitsu is going to release the new LifeBook T5010, the first revealed Tablet PC based on Intel’s Centrino 2 “Montevina” mobile platform, according to a product page at Virginia Tech University Bookstore.
The listed Fujitsu LifeBook T5010 includes a 13.3-inch LED Backlit Active Digitizer display with a resolution of 1280-by-800 pixels, a 45nm Intel Core 2 processor, 2GB of DDR3 system memory at 1066MHz, Intel’s “next-gen integrated graphics”, a 120GB hard drive, built-in DVD burner, Atheros’ 802.11 a/g/n wireless module, Bluetooth, and embedded web camera.
It also has a fingerprint reader, three USB ports, VGA out, LAN port, and 56k modem.
Fujitsu’s upcoming T5010 weighs 4.4 pounds and runs Windows XP Professional Tablet Edition OS, according to Virginia Tech University Bookstore.
The Tablet PC is priced at $1,099 with a 3-year accidental damage warranty and HP Deskjet F4180 all-in-one printer included.
It can be pre-ordered now and be available for pickup during August.
