A new stylish and sleek notebook is coming soon from Lenovo.

The IdeaPad U110 is a very thin and light model designed for ultra portability, sporing a 11.1-inch display with no frame.

For security it comes with the VeriFace recognition system and the high sound quality is provided by the Dolby Home Theater audio.

You will also have the option to add a Solid State Drive instead of traditional hard disk drive, but this starting later this month.

It seems that there will be two versions available, the black Lenovo IdeaPad U110B and the red IdeaPad U110R, which will be available on the US market.

They weight about 2.3 pounds and are powered by the Intel Core 2 Duo L7500 low voltage processor model clocked at 1.6 GHz, integrating 3GB of RAM memory, 120GB HDD storage capacity, but no optical drive such as a DVD-RW.

Graphics are enhanced by the Intel GMA X3100 and the notebooks will also have built-in 1.3MP cameras, Ethernet LAN, Intel wireless modules, Bluetooth connectivity, Firewire, a 6-in-1 card reader, and 8 hours battery life.

The price is speculated to be around $2,000.
