Kingston Announces Low-Latency HyperX 667MHz Laptop Memory

Kingston Technology announced recently the world’s first high performance low-latency 667MHz DDR2 SO-DIMM notebook memory.


The Kingston HyperX 667MHz memory is offered in kits with 2GB and 4GB capacities. The both SO-DIMM kits operate at latencies of 4-4-4-12.


The MSRPs for 2GB KHX5300S2LLK2/2G and 4GB KHX5300S2LLK2/4G kits are $84.00 and $132.00 respectively.


The memory maker also plans to release a 3GB kit of the HyperX low-latency 667MHz DDR2 SO-DIMM.
