A Brazilian developer threatened with legal action by Creative for manufacturing its soundcards work healthier with Vista has had his work restored on the company's website. Daniel Kawakami, well known by the name moniker Daniel.K, modified a variety of Creative's drivers to formulate the company's soundcards work efficiently with Windows Vista. Without his alterations, users argue, Vista machines with Creative soundcards stop working and features fail to labor. Posting forum news on its official website last weekend, Creative threatened Daniel_k with legal action accusing him of infringing its cerebral property. The company eliminated forum posts from the developer enclosing links to his work.
