A HDPC is a Hybrid Dual Portable Computer developed by MIU for the Korean market and it is an IP-based PC running on two operating systems choosing from Windows XP, Windows CE 5.0 or Linux Qplus.
MIU’s ultra-portable computer has a 4-inch display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and features dual-mode function and wireless Internet access, an all-in-one device with the following functionalities: car computer, navigation device, cell phone, portable media player, MP3 player, Ultra Mobile PC, electronic dictionary, Internet phone, PSP, voice recorder, digital camera, and mobile IPTV.

Among the specifications from the product’s page we distinguish a VI C7M ULV computer at 500MHz/1GHz+VX820, a Samsung SDI WVGA display, up to 4GB DDR2 RAM memory, a 1.3-inch HDD drive with up to 60GB or 4GB SSD, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB, miniSD card slot, and a 90 hours battery life.

Other elements include a built-in 3.5MP camera, port replicator, microphone, A/V IN/OUT, 2-channel stereo speaker, PS2 mouse with keyboard, gaming keys, touch pad, phone keys, touchscreen with stylus pen, GPS navigator and several others less significant.

The price at which it will be available is not high at all, and is estimated at around $460.
