DELL CRIES OF NOT BEING GUILTY

It was reported on Monday that laptops with SSDs had a 20% to 30% return rate, which is far elevated than the return rate of laptops with traditional hard drives. Dell rebutted the claim it was experiencing high return rates on Tuesday.

Dell spokeswoman Anne Camden told in an email that,

"The recently circulated analyst report estimating a high revisit rate for Solid State Drive technology (SSD) in Dell products is unfounded and altogether erroneous, by orders of magnitude."

Dell was refusing the claim with authority, that the up gradation to solid state drive technology (SSD) by them is not a snag mounted journey. Dell adds up claiming that the SSD are the future and its here to stay. Hope the SSDs are not snag prone.
